I'm Lynn, and I created this workshop after finding myself stuck in the same start–stop cycle I now teach about.
One day, instead of overhauling everything, I chose three small habits I could realistically implement. The first was ditching my indulgent coffee creamer. It sounds small — but keeping that one promise created real pride.
That pride led me to add daily movement in whatever form fit that day, along with a small source of inspiration — a podcast, music, or something encouraging to read. Those three wins were doable. And once I started, I didn’t stop.
I’ve shared this method through my blog, Next Chapter Living with Lynn, where it has become the foundation for many of my most productive and consistent seasons.
